Definite BUS Shedule
Thursday 4 September
--> Bus no.1: departure at 13:00 /13:15hrs
collecting the participants with arrivals hours: 9:55 - 12:40 + the 14 participants from in Bucharest (bus will start at 12 from Academica).  Total~30 participants
--> Bus no.2: departure at 15:00 /15:15hrs
collecting the participants with arrivals hours:13- 14:30. 
Total ~33 participants
--> Bus no.3:  departure at 17:00 / 17:15hrs
collecting the participants with arrivals hours:15- 16:40. 
Total ~ 22 participants

Meeting Point:
The busses will wait in the parking area- just in front of the Arrivals.  In the Arrival hall there is an Information desk.  The meeting point will be near this desk, 10 minutes before the departure hour.

Sunday 7 September
-->Bus no.1: departure at 7:00hrs ,
from Hotel Alpin, collecting the participants with departure hours 11:45-13:10
-->Bus no.2: departure at 9:00hrs,
from Hotel Alpin, collecting the participants with departure hours 14-16:45
-->Bus no3: departure at 12:00hrs,
from Hotel Alpin, collecting the participants with departure hours 17:40 - 21:20
